Janelle Herman possesses extensive experience in education and training, currently serving as a Teacher at Shikellamy School District since July 2018. Prior to this role, Janelle worked as a Training Consultant at GP Strategies Corporation from December 2007 to December 2017, where expertise was applied in various industries such as health insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, entertainment, and retail, focusing on solving human performance issues through global learning strategies and developing end-user training materials for ERP systems. Janelle began their career as a Bartender at The Hotel Edison from October 2000 to December 2007. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2003 and 2007, along with a High School Diploma from Selinsgrove Area High School.
