Meital Samocha is an experienced professional in recruitment, marketing HR, and coaching. Currently serving as a Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist at Shikun & Binui since March 2022, Meital contributes to Israel's leading infrastructure and real estate company. Prior experience includes roles as an NLP Coach at NLP Counselling and VP of Sales at Matrix, where responsibilities included strategic planning, recruitment, and employee training. Meital also held the position of Director at MITAV, focusing on water supply management and community support initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as a Professional Advisor for the Government of Israel’s Ministry of Interior and completing military service in the Israel Defense Forces. Meital holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Academic College of Law and Science.
