Linda Hibberd

Linda Hibberd has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Linda currently works as a Consultant at shilo.people since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at Property Exchange Australia Ltd (PEXA) from August 2020 to February 2022. Linda also held the role of Executive General Manager, People Experience from August 2019 to August 2020, and Senior People Partner from March 2019 to July 2019 at PEXA.

Before joining PEXA, Linda worked as a Senior Business Partner, People Experience at ME Bank from March 2018 to February 2019. Linda also served as the Regional HR Manager - Australia and New Zealand at Aconex from July 2017 to March 2018.

Prior to that, Linda worked at Telstra in various roles including HR Team Manager from June 2015 to September 2016 and Manager & Senior HR Business Partner, Customer Central from December 2013 to June 2015.

Linda's earlier experience includes working as the People & Culture Leader at NAB from September 2005 to August 2012, and as a Management Consultant - Performance Improvement Advisory Practice at PwC from January 2001 to August 2005.

Linda Hibberd pursued their education at Deakin University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degree. Their studies were centered around Human Resource Management and Languages. In 2005, they furthered their educational journey at Swinburne University of Technology and completed a Graduate Diploma of Business, although the specific field of study is not disclosed.
