Linda Hibberd has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Linda currently works as a Consultant at shilo.people since April 2022. Linda's earlier experience includes working as the People & Culture Leader at NAB from September 2005 to August 2012, and as a Management Consultant - Performance Improvement Advisory Practice at PwC from January 2001 to August 2005.

Linda Hibberd pursued their education at Deakin University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degree. Their studies were centered around Human Resource Management and Languages. In 2005, they furthered their educational journey at Swinburne University of Technology and completed a Graduate Diploma of Business, although the specific field of study is not disclosed.
