Tracie Daves

Tracie Daves is an experienced professional with over two decades of involvement in youth ministry and child welfare. Currently serving as the Director of ICYC at Shiloh Baptist Church in Trenton since June 2021, Tracie provides spiritual guidance for children and families. In parallel, Tracie holds the position of Supervisor of Accounts at the Department of Children & Families. Tracie's extensive background includes roles such as Associate Minister at Shiloh Baptist Church since January 2011, Youth Director for Middlesex Central Baptist Association from 2014 to 2021, and Head Clerk for Revenue and Financial Reporting at the State of New Jersey's Department of Children and Families. Tracie's foundational experience includes directing the Teen Choir at Shiloh Baptist Church from 2002 to 2015. Tracie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from William Paterson University of New Jersey and an Associate degree in Social Sciences from Mercer County Community College.
