Jan Renee Turnbull has served in various administrative roles at Shiloh Church since March 2015, including Executive Assistant to the Executive Pastor, Pastoral Care Administrator, and Administrative Receptionist. Prior experience includes a position as Registered Support Assistant at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from February 2006 to April 2014. Jan earned an Associate's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Shiloh Bible College and continued education at Grand Canyon University from 2014 to 2018.

Pastors Javier and Melinda Ramos, have served on the pastoral team at Shiloh Church in Oakland for 20 years. Javier and Melinda were appointed Senior Pastors in 2015 during Shiloh Church's 50th Anniversary jubilee celebration. Prior to their current role they served as Children’s Pastors at Shiloh for two decades and as Spanish Pastors ( Iglesia Shiloh) for three years. In each season of ministry they place a strong emphasis on reaching out to the local community with the purpose of touching thousands of families in the inner city and the region. Melinda is the granddaughter of founding pastor Dr. Violet Kiteley, and the daughter of Pastors David and Marilyn Kiteley. Javier and Melinda are both lifetime residents of Oakland and have a heart to help meet the practical and spiritual needs of the residents of Oakland and the greater Bay Area. They have been married for 20 years and have two children, Joshua and Cristiana.
