Rebecca Reaser

Rebecca Reaser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and program implementation. Currently serving as the Manager of the PMO/BA at Shiloh Industries since June 2015, Rebecca oversees project managers and business analysts. With over 20 years at Program Development, Rebecca has held leadership roles focused on enhancing processes in IT project management. Prior experience at Invacare Corp included roles as Program Manager for Software Validation, where Rebecca provided oversight for IT project teams, managed the software development life cycle, and established compliant validation processes. Additionally, Rebecca has managed financial services, handling a portfolio of $47 million. Education was completed at Lorain County Community College.
