Chancy Chen

Chancy Chen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They began their career at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Global Management Trainee and Sales Supervisor from July 2009 to October 2011. They then worked at Michael Page for 10 years, starting as a Recruitment Consultant and eventually becoming an Associate Director. During their time at Michael Page, they gained expertise in various industries such as manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, professional services, and private equity/venture capital.

After leaving Michael Page, Chancy joined Korn Ferry as a Managing Consultant, specializing in the Global Technology Market and Legal/Compliance Center of Excellence. They served as an engagement manager, leading the entire recruitment process from pitching to onboarding. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director for In-House Legal Recruitment at SSQ.

Chancy Chen attended Zhejiang University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
