Erin Brosnan is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering, currently leading the BART TBT Seismic Retrofit project at Shimmick Construction since November 2010, focusing on electrical and mechanical systems, project controls, and commissioning. Prior roles include project engineer for the Sunol Valley Water Treatment Plant Expansion and Treated Water Reservoir, and as Civil Engineer IV at Black & Veatch, overseeing construction services for a 5.5 MGD wastewater treatment facility. Early experience includes an internship at County Sanitation, where engineering calculations and development of a document management system were key responsibilities. Erin Brosnan holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
