Kevin Varghese

Kevin Varghese is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at Shimmick Construction since April 2022, Kevin previously held the position of Project Engineer at Jacobs Engineering Group from June 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team for the East Side Access project, negotiating significant change orders, and overseeing quality assurance processes. Prior roles included positions as Transportation Construction Inspector with NYSDOT, focusing on the reconstruction of the Staten Island Expressway. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rowan University, earned in 2015.
