Steve Frazier

Steve Frazier, CEM, has extensive experience in equipment operations management, currently serving as the Director of Equipment Operations at Shimmick Construction since November 1998. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Director of Equipment Operations at URS (formerly Washington Group International) from May 2002 to May 2022. Additionally, Steve worked as Equipment Manager for Southern California Operations at Granite Construction from October 1997 to November 1999, and served as Equipment Superintendent at Guy F. Atkinson Construction Co. from January 1976 to October 1997.
