Richard Smith

Richard Smith is currently an Account Manager at Shin-Etsu MicroSi, Inc., a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Level Up Builders from 2019-2021. From 2015-2019, they were a Technical Sales Representative at SemiTorr and a Civil Structural Engineer at ZCS Engineering, where they reported to the Engineering Manager and served as a Design Engineer, managing workloads on several projects at a time between disciplines. From 2014-2015, they were a Commissioning Engineering Technician at Wilson Jones Commissioning, where they project managed with senior engineers on large complex engineering projects for LEED certified commercial HVAC building design. From 2012-2014, they were a Professional Basketball Player for the Philippines Jr. National Basketball Team. Richard began their career in 2010 as an Outside Sales Representative and Sales Trainee at Fastenal.

Richard Smith attended George Fox University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Concordia University-Portland from 2007 to 2009, studying Chemistry.
