Leo Ruigendijk

Leo Ruigendijk is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environment management, currently serving as HSE Manager HTDC/L7 at Shin-Etsu since January 2022. With a career spanning over two decades at Shin-Etsu PVC B.V., roles have included Safety Coordinator and Process Operator. Prior experience as a Process Operator was gained at Akzo Nobel Chemicals from 1987 to 1999. Leo Ruigendijk holds a degree in Safety Management (HVK) from COPLA and has completed various safety and fire prevention training programs, including a certification as Brandwacht Eerste Klasse from Regionale Brandweer ZHZ. Continuing education has been pursued through multiple institutions, enhancing expertise in safety practices.
