Keegan Acker

Keegan Acker is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the solar and food industries. Currently serving as Sales Director at Shine since July 2025, Keegan leads national sales expansion efforts for a multifamily solar solution, focusing on sales processes and outreach strategies. Prior to this role, Keegan was a founding member and Account Executive at Ivy Energy, helping to scale the company from startup to $1 million ARR. Keegan began the career in solar energy with Solar City as an Area Sales Representative, excelling in door-to-door sales and customer education. Additional experience includes driving growth as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Earnest Eats, achieving significant retail distribution expansion. Keegan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Concordia University Irvine.
