Imke's experience also includes serving as Head of People & Culture and HR Consultant at Ageras, and Project Manager/Event Manager at Alexander Zimmer GmbH, where they gained valuable insights in managing HR policies and talent development. Imke holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Business Administration from Roskilde University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Buckinghamshire New University.
