Barbara Montero

Barbara Montero has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to the present. Barbara began their career as a student at Vanderbilt University from 1995 to 1999. Barbara then worked as a Sr. Marketing Manager at Marriott Vacation Club International from 1999 to 2003. Barbara pursued further education and attended Thunderbird in 2003 as a student. Following this, they joined JGATE in 2005 as a Business Development Officer until 2006. Barbara then served as the Vice President of Training & Technical Assistance at Acelero Learning from 2006 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Growth Officer at Shine Early Learning since September 2020, after previously working as the SVP of Shine Assist at the same company from 2018 to September 2020.

Barbara Montero completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies at Vanderbilt University from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business, Development, and Finance at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2003 to 2004.
