Nicole Taxiltaridis Mpa

Nicole Taxiltaridis, MPA, has a diverse work experience in the field of early learning programs and education. Nicole most recently worked as the Senior Director of Business Development at Shine Early Learning. Prior to that, they held positions such as the Sr. Director and Director of Early Learning Programs at the Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC), where they oversaw multiple centers and implemented change management strategies. Nicole also worked as a Program Design Management Consultant at STGi and as the Director of Children's Learning Centers of Fairfield County, where they secured key partnerships and prevented the loss of a federal grant. Nicole has also held roles at the Community Development Institute, English International School, Achievement First, and DC Bilingual Public Charter School, where they contributed to various aspects of program management and leadership, including grant management, staff development, and school culture.

Nicole Taxiltaridis, MPA, has a diverse educational background. Nicole obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration/Peace & Conflict Resolution from International Christian University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in International Political Economy and Diplomacy from the University of Bridgeport.

Nicole has also pursued several certificate programs to enhance their knowledge and skills. Nicole completed a program in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace at Cornell University and received a certificate from the New Leaders- Emerging Leaders Program. Furthermore, they obtained a certificate in the Science of Early Childhood Development from Georgetown University.

To further enhance their expertise, Nicole completed the Connecticut Director Credential from the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood. Nicole also received a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the Dare-to-Lead program by Brene Brown, having undergone 56 hours of training.
