Alix Bourgeois

Alix Bourgeois is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and operations. Currently serving as a KYC Analyst and Customer Operations Specialist at Shine since November 2021, Alix has also held multiple roles at maeva, including Chargé de paramétrage et de diffusion and Coordinatrice d'offre commerciale. Previous experience includes positions as a sales advisor at ba&sh and Tara Jarmon, an Assistante BackOffice at Parnasse, and various customer service roles in luxury settings, including Christian Dior Couture and Pierre Cardin.
