Currently serving as Head of Commercial Operations at Shine Lawyers since September 2023, Barry previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Rose Litigation Lawyers, overseeing multiple streams including People & Culture, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. Barry's long-term engagement with the AFL included roles as Community Football Manager and State Manager for Senior Football Operations in Queensland, where significant contributions were made to youth and senior football development. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer for various organizations, such as BCK Lawyers and TEAMELBOURNE, and directing operations for the Townsville Crocodiles NBL Team, showcasing a strong background in sports and law firm management.
