Michael Lanagan possesses extensive experience in cyber security and IT operations, currently serving as General Manager of Cyber Security and IT Operations at Shine Lawyers since July 2019. Prior roles include IT Operations Manager and Technical Project Manager at Shine Lawyers, as well as Technical Project Manager at Nerve Solutions Group from July 2017 to June 2019. Michael has also worked as Service Delivery Manager at Shine Lawyers Ltd and held senior positions at Woolworths Limited, including Senior Project Delivery Coordinator and IT Services Manager. Michael's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in General Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computing from the Queensland University of Technology.
