Zara Gardiner is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the legal and business support sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Shine Lawyers since July 2019, Zara has also held positions as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Advisor. Prior to this, Zara worked at u&u. Recruitment Partners from June 2016 to July 2019 as a Senior Associate and Associate in Legal and Business Support. Zara's career began at Talent2, where from April 2015 to May 2016, Zara was an Associate Consultant and Candidate Manager in Business Support. Zara holds a Bachelor of Communications in Organizational Communication from The University of Queensland, attained between 2012 and 2014, and completed studies at Matthew Flinders Anglican College from 1997 to 2010.
