Mathew Mathis

Mathew Mathis is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a robust background in regulatory compliance and quality systems. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at SHINE Technologies since March 2021, Mathew leads and mentors a team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards in a dynamic start-up setting. Prior to this role, Mathew held a significant position as Senior Quality Assurance Technical Associate at Precision Dose, Inc., where responsibilities included managing critical quality systems and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Mathew began a career in quality assurance as a Laboratory Technician at Archer Daniels Midland Company and has also worked in healthcare as a Licensed Pharmacy Technician. Mathew holds a Master’s Degree in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance from Temple University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
