Mindy Bakken

Mindy Bakken has a diverse work experience ranging from testing and commissioning in the engineering field to research assistant roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mindy currently serves as the Director of Engineering - Therapeutics at SHINE Technologies, where they oversee the engineering department. Prior to this, Mindy worked as a Test Engineering Manager at Phoenix, LLC, leading a team of test engineers and managing testing timelines. Mindy also has experience as a Commissioning Lead and Test and Service Engineer at Phoenix, LLC, where they developed documentation, assembled and tested prototype systems, and troubleshooted various components. Mindy's academic background includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant and Undergraduate Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they worked on projects related to turbulence research in fusion plasmas and assisted in the development of electric field fluctuation measurement systems.

Mindy Bakken obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. Mindy then pursued a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics at the same university from 2015 to 2017.
