Wim Boeckx

Wim Boeckx has a diverse work experience in the nuclear sector. Wim started their career at GDF SUEZ as a Nuclear Trainee, where they gained knowledge and experience in the nuclear sector. Later, they joined EQUANS BeLux and held various positions, including Project Engineer, Project Leader, Head of Studies Department, and Head of Projects. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering total solutions to the nuclear sector, including feasibility studies, technical and safety studies, engineering, construction, commissioning, and management of nuclear facilities. Currently, they are working at SHINE Technologies as a Project Director for Europe.

Wim Boeckx received a B. Sc. in Mechanical - Electrotechnical Engineering from KU Leuven in 2007 and an M. Sc. in Energy Engineering from the same institution in 2009. In 2013, they obtained a degree in Energiedeskundige Type A from Syntra Antwerpen en Vlaams Brabant (Syntra AB). Wim also completed a program called The People Manager at Vlerick Business School in 2017.
