Allie Thielens Bell has an extensive background in the fashion industry, with experience working at companies such as Shinesty, NINOX, Kenmark Group, Ralph Lauren, Komar, ADAM Adam Lippes, and Rebecca Minkoff. Allie currently holds the position of Chief Creative Officer at Shinesty and previously served as Co-Founder and Director of Design and Production at NINOX. Allie graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's Degree in Apparel Design.
