Kirsten Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kirsten began their career as a Volunteer Officer at Cheshire Landscape Trust and British Trust for Conservation Volunteers (BTCV). Kirsten then moved on to become a Community Development Officer at Groundwork Salford and Trafford.

In 2001, Kirsten joined The National Trust where they worked as a Community Liaison Officer and later as a Regional Policy Officer. Kirsten then had a brief secondment at BBCJV as a Stakeholder Manager.

In 2005, Kirsten became the Managing Director of FSquared Ltd, focused on helping businesses make a positive social impact. Kirsten then held various roles within FSquared including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, Director, and finally, Managing Director.

In 2012, Kirsten joined Shine Bid Services as the Head of Operations, responsible for managing work planning and leading bid activity. In 2013, they joined National Trust as the General Manager of Ashridge Estate, overseeing the overall management of the property.

Kirsten returned to Shine in 2014 as the Director of Winning, driving bid excellence and delivering bid strategy and management services. Kirsten then took on the role of COO in 2018, overseeing all aspects of the business.

In 2019, Kirsten transitioned to their current role as a Growth Leader at ShineX, where they work closely with ambitious B2B companies to accelerate their sales growth and support their success.

Throughout their career, Kirsten has gained extensive experience in bid management, project delivery, community liaison, and conservation. Kirsten is known for their leadership skills and ability to deliver results.

Kirsten Proctor attended Christleton High School in Chester from 1986 to 1987. Kirsten then went on to Leeds Beckett University, where they obtained a BA Hons in Landscape Architecture from 1993 to 1996. Kirsten furthered their education at Leeds Beckett University and completed a Diploma in Landscape Architecture from 1997 to 1998.
