Olivier Bonnard is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians since August 2021, Olivier has previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Sacramento Ear, Nose & Throat, overseeing key HR functions such as recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations. Additional experience includes roles at Sutter Physicians Services as Assistant Director of Human Resources, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aker Solutions Inc. Furthermore, Olivier has a strong foundational background as a Human Resources Manager at both TAS Energy Inc. and Auchan USA Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Purdue University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Rouen Business School.

The Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians is a federally recognized Native American Tribe practicing sovereignty and self-sufficiency. Our vision is to empower Tribal Members to thrive in the modern world while preserving their cultural foundations. The Tribe provides healthcare to many within the local community through the Shingle Springs Health and Wellness Center (Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy). We also offer outreach services through the Shingle Springs Tribal TANF Program in Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and Yolo Counties. The Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians is deeply committed to sustaining and improving the quality of life for both Tribal Members and the general community alike.
