Jesse F. currently serves as the Strategy Lead for the Rapid Start Team at Green Bank for Rural America, focused on supporting rural energy communities. As Principal and CEO of Shining Rock Ventures, Jesse catalyzes sustainable economies through impact venture capital and advisory services. Additionally, Jesse co-founded the Impact WNC Fund, which invests in high-potential ventures in Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachia. Jesse holds multiple roles, including Non-Executive Director at NRSP Microfinance Bank and Global Secretariat Co-Lead for the CIFAR Alliance, which works to leverage digital finance for climate resilience. With a background in strategic governance for the Aga Khan Development Network and experience in various financial initiatives, Jesse possesses extensive expertise in impact finance and community development.
