Stiliyan Kolev

Stiliyan Kolev is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Ship.Cars since June 2025. Previously, Stiliyan held the same position at Offerista Group from January 2022 to June 2025 and at Kidso.bg for the latter half of 2021. With a strong background in software development, Stiliyan served as Technical Lead at Funding Circle CE and held senior roles at Secure Group and COMAC MEDICAL Ltd, where responsibilities included leading teams, developing enterprise systems, and establishing development infrastructures. Stiliyan's technical expertise spans various programming languages and frameworks, notably PHP and Java, and is supported by multiple degrees in computer software engineering, IT project management, and technology-related fields from institutions such as FH Joanneum and New Bulgarian University.
