Philip Ratliff

Philip Ratliff is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate development. Currently serving as CFO and Chief Development Officer (M&A) at Ship OGRE since April 2022, Ratliff previously held the position of Vice President and Associate in Investment Banking at Arlington Capital Advisors from 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director, Director, and Analyst in Corporate Development at Surgical Care Affiliates from 2012 to June 2018. Ratliff holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Alabama (2006-2010).
