Matt Phillips has a diverse work experience, covering senior management roles in sales, strategy and operations across various companies. Matt started at Lehman Brothers, working in investment management, before moving to UBS Wealth Management, where they worked as an investment associate serving high-net-worth clients. Matt joined Groupon as General Manager before attending the Kellogg School of Management to pursue an MBA. After this, they interned as a Venture Capitalist at KB Partners where they conducted due diligence on early-stage investments. Matt then joined Google as Senior Manager in SMB sales, becoming Global Head, Waze SMB, where they built the most profitable business unit and lead a team. Matt joined Astra as VP of Revenue, leading global revenue teams and overseeing commercial, federal and defense customers. Currently, they are Chief Business Officer at Ship Sticks.
Matt Phillips holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with a focus on Finance, Management & Organizations, from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
