Alexandrea Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation, quality management, and laboratory testing across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Merchant Implementation at ShipBob since December 2021, Alexandrea onboards merchants and collaborates with cross-functional teams in e-commerce. Prior to ShipBob, Alexandrea held multiple roles at The Starco Group, including ERP Project Manager and Acting Quality Manager, where the focus was on developing quality assurance systems. Alexandrea's background encompasses positions at Microbac Laboratories, Advanced Laboratories Inc., and Stone Brewing, emphasizing expertise in quality control and microbiology. Alexandrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Cell and Molecular Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed additional coursework in Facility Design and Operation at Appalachian State University.
