James Becerra

James Becerra is a skilled operations professional with extensive experience in managerial roles within logistics and fulfillment. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations Implementation at ShipBob since April 2019, James leads the operational onboarding for the Mid-Market segment and oversees key partnerships, including Fulfilled by TikTok. Previous positions at ShipBob include General Manager for Mid-Market Operations and B2B Operations, as well as General Manager of the Cicero Fulfillment Center. Prior to ShipBob, James held roles at Petco where responsibilities included managing a large distribution center and scaling the e-commerce department. Earlier experience at UPS involved directing inbound operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines. James holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Rio Salado College.
