Kyle Buechele

Kyle Buechele has extensive experience in compensation and performance management. Kyle is currently working as the Head of Compensation at ShipBob, Inc. starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Epic Games as a Compensation Director from May 2021 to October 2022 and as a Compensation & HR Analytics Lead from March 2020 to May 2021. Before joining Epic Games, they were with Lockheed Martin as a Manager of Enterprise Operations Compensation & Performance Management from January 2019 to March 2020, and as a Senior Compensation Analyst from October 2017 to January 2019. Kyle also served as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Sandia National Laboratories from May 2013 to October 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of New Mexico from August 2012 to May 2014, as a Pension Specialist Intern at Fidelity Investments from June 2012 to December 2012, as a Tutor at UNM Center for Academic Program Support from August 2011 to May 2012, and as a Technician at Preventive Pest Control from June 2008 to May 2012.

Kyle Buechele completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from The University of New Mexico, which they pursued from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the same university between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they received certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork in September 2017 and as a Level II Tutor from the College Reading and Learning Association in May 2012.
