Vinisha Kaul

Vinisha Kaul has over 16 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Vinisha'smost recent role was as the Associate Director of Human Resources at ShipBob, Inc., starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the AVP of HR at Valueonshore Advisors from October 2021 to September 2022. Vinisha also held positions such as Senior Manager of HR at Gibson Innovations in 2018, DGM of HR at TalentEdge from 2014 to 2015, and Head of Human Resources at Eli India from 2013 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Employee Relations at Dish TV from 2011 to 2012, Manager of HR at Tech Mahindra from 2008 to 2010, and Assistant Manager of HR at Genpact from 2006 to 2008.

Vinisha Kaul has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Symbiosis International University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Computers from the University of Pune. In addition to their formal education, Vinisha has also obtained certifications in Performance Management System from SkillDeck in August 2021, and in the Prevention of Harassment, Sexual Harassment & Abuse of Authority from the United Nations in May 2020.
