Ravi Shankar

Ravi Shankar, FICS, is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as the Managing Director of AARUSH Maritime Services LLC FZ since July 2024. With a strong background in shipbroking and consultancy, Ravi also co-founded ShipFinex in January 2022, where innovative digital solutions are utilized to transform maritime asset investment. Additionally, Ravi has held the position of General Secretary at the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Middle East since October 2019 and previously managed Eastgate Shipping DMCC from June 2016 to June 2024. Earlier roles include managerial positions at Maersk Broker and Interocean Shipping Company, focusing on ship sale and purchase transactions. Ravi Shankar received an MBA from NIT Trichy and a BE from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
