Kevin Sanabria

Kevin Sanabria has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kevin has worked as a Software Developer at Shipfusion since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Web Developer at Heart and Stroke from January 2019 to March 2021. Kevin also worked as a Frontend Developer at JAM Sports p/b Sport & Social Group from October 2017 to January 2019. Kevin held a brief 4-month contract as a Frontend/UX Developer at the same company from July 2017 to October 2017.

Before transitioning to the field of development, Kevin worked as a Strategy Planner at Starcom from August 2015 to August 2016, and as a Strategy Assistant from April 2014 to August 2015. Kevin also gained experience as a Media and Communications Coordinator at Bell from July 2013 to April 2014, where they reviewed and provided feedback on content, ensured timely completion of deliverables, and assisted in departmental planning and resource allocation.

Additionally, Kevin had a role as a Media and Communications Associate at Bell Mobility's Professional Management Program from January 2013 to July 2013. In this role, they were responsible for copywriting, creating creative collateral, and developing multimedia outputs. Kevin received the Progression Award with Distinction for their leadership, productivity, and commitment during this time.

Prior to their professional career, Kevin worked as a START Leader at the University of Guelph-Humber from May 2012 to April 2013, where they provided leadership and support to new students. Kevin also worked as a Product Processor at Best Buy from October 2008 to January 2013, where they received and shipped merchandise, provided customer assistance, and maintained product integrity.

Before joining Best Buy, Kevin worked as a Broadcaster/Technician at St. Paul Catholic Secondary School from September 2008 to June 2009, and as a Waiter at Roy's Fish N' Chips from October 2007 to October 2008.

Kevin Sanabria has a diverse education history. Kevin began their academic journey at St. Paul Secondary School from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a High Skills Major in Broadcasting and Communications. Following this, they attended the University of Guelph-Humber from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Media Studies with a specialization in Digital Communications. In 2016, Kevin enrolled at Humber College and completed a program in Web Development in 2017.
