Henrik Grönlund

Henrik Grönlund has a long and varied work experience. Henrik began their career in 2003 as a Second Lieutenant for the Finnish Defence Forces. In 2007 they moved to Bouygues Travaux Publics Finnish Branch as an Assistent Surveyor. In 2008 they took on the role of Administration Assistant to the CEO at PEK3 GmbH. From 2010 to 2019 they worked at Rolls-Royce in various roles, including Sales Manager, Ship Intelligence, Area Sales Manager, Deck Machinery, and Sales Support Engineer, Deck Machinery. In 2021 they became Sales Director, Shipping Solutions at NAPA and in 2022 they were promoted to Senior Director of Business Development, EMEA & Americas at ShipIn Systems.

Henrik Grönlund obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences - SAMK in 2010, majoring in International Business Marketing and Logistics. Henrik then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, which they completed in 2016 with a focus on Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
