Colby A. Fraschilla

Colby A. Fraschilla is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in professional development and diversity. Since April 2017, Colby has served as the Director of Professional Development and Diversity at Shipman & Goodwin LLP. Prior to this role, Colby spent 18 years at Wiggin and Dana LLP, starting as a Legal/Recruiting Assistant and progressing to roles such as Recruiting Coordinator and Professional Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing training and development for attorneys.
