Daniel Schwartz is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employment and commercial litigation. Currently serving as a partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP in the Employer Defense and Labor Relations Group, Daniel advises companies on various legal issues. Prior positions include member roles at Pullman & Comley, LLC and Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., where Daniel focused on commercial and employment litigation as well as labor and employment law. Daniel also served as Counsel at Day, Berry & Howard LLP, primarily addressing labor and employment matters, and began a legal career as a Legal Fellow in the Office of Joseph Lieberman. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomatic History and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
