Jessica Signor

Jessica Signor is an Associate Attorney at Shipman & Goodwin LLP since December 2019, previously holding the same title at Ivey, Barnum & O'Mara, LLC from December 2016 to December 2019. Jessica has extensive legal experience, including serving as a Law Clerk to Chief Judge Julie A. Manning at U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Joan Feeney. Additional roles include legal externships at The Hartford and the State of Connecticut - Office of the Governor, as well as internships at Eaton Vance and State Street. Jessica earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Economics, and Art History from the College of the Holy Cross.
