Afonso Henrique Calábria

Afonso Henrique Calábria has a diverse work experience in software development and management. Afonso Henrique is currently employed as a Full Stack Developer at Americanas S.A. Since May 2021, they have been responsible for developing software solutions.

Before joining Americanas S.A., Afonso worked at Ieté as a Team Lead Manager & Co-Founder from February 2018 onwards. At Ieté, they applied their management knowledge to software development, overseeing programming activities, managing micro-teams, and maintaining systems and applications.

From February 2019 to December 2020, Afonso worked as a Full-stack Developer at Prefeitura Municipal de Barbalha. During their tenure, they focused on developing solutions and applications to optimize public processes, including social systems and biometric registrations. Afonso Henrique also contributed to integrating various systems through portals.

Additionally, Afonso gained experience as a Junior Web Developer between June 2016 and March 2017, working as a freelancer on multiple projects. During this time, they honed their backend and frontend skills using technologies such as PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JS, and jQuery.

Afonso Henrique Calábria holds a Master of Engineering degree (MEng) in Computer Software Engineering from CESAR School, which they obtained between the years 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they had pursued a Bachelor's degree in Systems of Information (Bacharelado em Sistemas de Informação) at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará from 2012 to 2016.
