Bruno Castro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bruno began their career in 2010 as an Analyst and Assistant Commercial at WestRock Brasil, where they were responsible for planning commercial proposals and actions. Bruno then worked as a Supervisor of External Sales at Procter & Gamble, leading and training sales teams. Bruno later joined Bureau Veritas Brasil as a Commercial Coordinator, managing the training team and achieving significant growth in sales targets. Bruno then worked at Sebrae Bahia as a Business Development Consultant, providing guidance to entrepreneurs. Bruno joined iFood as a Commercial Representative, before transitioning to Rappi as a Regional Sales and Post-Sales Coordinator. Bruno successfully launched the Rappi app in several cities and handled post-sales operations. Bruno further expanded their expertise at Magazine Luiza as a National Business Manager, focusing on new business development and collaborating with the marketing team. Most recently, they joined Americanas S.A. as the National Customer Success Manager for Americanas Delivery, leading a team of regional coordinators and account managers, and overseeing project development, strategy, and expansion.
