Ben Novak has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ben started their career at ExxonMobil as a Junior Engineer in September 1999 and worked there until September 2002. Ben then joined Seimens Energy and Automation as a Marine Engineer in April 2011 and continued in that role until November 2018. In December 2012, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Shipper, a position they currently hold.
Ben Novak completed their Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Rijeka- Faculty of maritime studies between 1988 and 1992. Ben then pursued a Master's degree in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology/Technician from the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric and Earth Science, which they completed between 1997 and 1999.
