Willy Alvim

Willy Alvim has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Gerente at Bacconi’s Lickety Split. Willy then moved on to become a Gestor de Planejamento Estratégico at Concessionária Reviver from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Trader at B3. After that, they became a Team Leader at W1 Consultoria Financeira from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they began working as a Product Owner at ACCT global and Shippify.

Willy Alvim has an extensive educational background. In 2008, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Relações Internacionais from PUC Minas. From 2015 to 2016, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Administração Estratégica from Estácio. In 2016-2017, they completed a Master of Business Administration in Consultoria Empresarial from Estácio. From 2019-2020, they obtained a Master of Business Administration from Ibmec in Broker. In 2021, they completed a Formação Profissional in Product Management from Cursos PM3. Willy is currently enrolled in a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Business Intelligence from XP Educação, which they are expected to finish in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2022, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in January 2022, Data Analysis with Pandas and Python from Udemy in November 2021, Robust Scrum Product Owner from Udemy in November 2021, Digital Product Week from Tera in October 2021, Product Manager from Cursos PM3 in October 2021, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in April 2016.
