Jennifer Newell is a seasoned professional in the field of people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as a People Operations Coordinator at Shippo since January 2024. Previously, Jennifer held multiple roles at Snappy, including Talent Acquisition Partner, Customer Happiness Manager, and Executive Assistant to the CEO, contributing to a unique approach to employee recognition. Prior experience includes serving as the Marketing and Communications Director at Pieces, promoting community and collaboration in Higher Education, and completing an Executive Internship at Target focused on enhancing customer experiences.
