Marc Gerow

Marc Gerow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Strategic Account Manager and previously as a Customer Success Manager at Shippo since September 2021. Prior to this role, Marc spent over eleven years at UPS, advancing from an Early AM Pre-Load position to Solutions Engagement Specialist and International Sales Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing sales teams, driving international business, and improving logistics processes. Marc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University, obtained in 2010.
