Ana Džapo

Customer Service Technical Specialist at ShippyPro

Ana Džapo has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Ana began as a Market Researcher for Hendal market research in 2008, then worked as an English and Spanish Language Teacher for Medijana Jezici from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they became an English Language Teacher Apprentice for Oš Sesvetska Sopnica. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Customer Service Agent (Spanish/English markets) and E-commerce Team Leader for Calzedonia Group. Most recently, they have been employed as a Customer Care Specialist and Customer Care Manager for ShippyPro since 2020.

Ana Džapo obtained their Master's Degree from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in 2015, with a dual major in English Language and Literature (Teaching) and Spanish Language and Literature (Teaching). In 2021, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Coding from SheCodes Workshops and is currently in the process of obtaining a certification in Time Management from Transcom.
