Beatrice Stara has had a varied work experience since 2014. Beatrice began as a freelance editor/writer and translator in 2014, then moved on to become a receptionist front desk at albergo diffuso Corte Fiorita in 2016. In the same year, they also took on an internship as a translator at ADAPT - Building The Future of Work Together. In 2018, they joined Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics | Italy as a Sales Staff, then moved on to Brave Communication Srl as a Social Media Manager in 2019. Also in 2019, they became a Customer Service Agent at Ikommerce SRL, and a Product Marketing Specialist and Customer Service Operator and Help Center Content Manager at ShippyPro. In their role at ShippyPro, Beatrice was responsible for the online Customer Assistance of the platform, as well as the management and content's creation in both English and Italian for ShippyPro Help Centre.

Beatrice Stara obtained a Laurea in scienze della mediazione linguistica from Scuola Superiore per Mediatori LInguistici di Pisa between 2014 and 2018, with a field of study in conoscenze di marketing, mediazione e traduzione. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma scientifico from Istituto G.A. Pischedda di Bosa between 2008 and 2013. In 2021, Beatrice obtained an EF SET C2 Certificate from EF Executive Language Institute. Additionally, in 2009 they obtained a KET Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
