Alistair Baillie

Alistair Baillie serves as the Chief Information Officer at Ship Shape since July 2020, overseeing full technology and product ownership, including engineering, data science, and product management, while also managing an engineering team focused on cutting-edge technologies such as semantic vector search and LLM deployments. In addition, Alistair holds positions as a Startup Assessor for DOHE and a UK Market Entry Coach for NBT, supporting startups in navigating accelerator programs and entering the UK market. Previously, Alistair held leadership roles in tech startups, achieving two exits and participating in Series A fundraising, and accumulated extensive experience in IT delivery and project management across the financial services sector for over a decade. Alistair's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Physics from the University of Oxford.
