Aakriti Sehgal

Aakriti Sehgal is a skilled sales and project specialist with extensive experience in managing client relationships and driving process improvements. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at ShipStation since June 2023, Aakriti successfully manages a pipeline of new prospects and conducts product demonstrations. Previously, Aakriti held various roles at eBay Australia, including Project Specialist, where efforts led to the development of the Authenticity Guarantee Program, and Client Success Specialist, contributing to significant productivity increases and revenue growth. Aakriti co-founded BCube Studios and has also served as an Account Manager at eBay and a Customer Service Specialist at David Jones, demonstrating a strong capability in customer engagement and process optimization.
